Terminal Care or Hospice
Terminal Care or Hospice provides 24-hour comfort or palliative care to those who are terminally ill. Services may include room and board, as well as medical, nursing, social work and other support. Licensed and regulated by the New York State Department of Health.

Transitional/Rehabilitative Care
Transitional/Rehabilitative Care (also called "sub-acute" care) provides short-term care with an emphasis on restorative services, enabling discharge to home or a lower level of care. It may be appropriate for individuals recovering from an illness or injury, as well as for patients recovering from surgery. Rehabilitation provides 24-hour care that includes similar services as Skilled Nursing Care in addition to services such as occupational, physical and speech therapies for long-term care residents.
